BUY-A-LOT
Delivery Policy
Buy-A-Lot arranges delivery for orders across Zimbabwe. Delivery availability, cost and timing depend on the customer's location, product and supplier.
Before payment
For order-first products, we confirm supplier availability and the applicable delivery arrangement before payment is processed.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery timing is communicated after supplier availability and the delivery route have been confirmed. We do not promise a delivery time that has not been verified.
Delivery address
Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone/WhatsApp number. Additional charges may apply if the delivery location changes after an order is confirmed.
